Many customers reported issues with the DID number(s). Specifically, the numbers are not able to receive calls neither messages.

The issue is caused by a dealignment between BNESIM platform and our primary partner for the provisioning of incoming numbers. Around 70% of our numbers are affected, we ask all our customers to bear with us till the problem is not solved.
